- 1 teaspoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon minced cornichon (small pickled cucumber)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
