- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ tablespoons white sugar
- 12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, preparing it for the casserole to come.
In a bowl, combine the baking mix, 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, milk, maple syrup, eggs, and sugar. Stir until well blended, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
