- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks
Collect all ingredients.
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper in a large non-reactive dish until well blended. Add the tuna steaks to the marinade, turning to coat evenly. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate. Take the tuna steaks out of the marinade, shaking off any excess, and set aside the marinade for basting.
Grill the tuna steaks on the preheated grill for 5 to 6 minutes, then flip them and baste with the reserved marinade. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness. Discard any leftover marinade.
Serve and savor!
