Ingredients
- 2 (1 1/2-pound) salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 cup miso paste
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup prepared soy-ginger salad dressing
- ¼ cup sake
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat.
- Add about 1 inch of water to a large skillet and bring it to a boil. Gently poach the fish for about 2 minutes per side, just until the exterior is cooked. Then, move the fillets to a broiler pan for the next step.
