Ingredients
  

  • 1 (12 ounce) package uncooked tri-color rotini pasta
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powde
  • ½ cup milk, or as needed
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 (4.25 ounce)  can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Collect all the ingredients.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini for about 8 minutes, or until al dente, then drain.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy and browned. Drain, then chop into small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic pepper, and garlic powder. Gradually add milk, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  • In a bowl, combine the rotini, bacon, tomato, black olives, and cheese. Toss everything together, ensuring it’s evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If it appears too dry, add a splash of milk and toss to combine.
