Ingredients
  

  • 1 (12 ounce) package angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • ¾ (8 ounce)  package processed cheese, cubed
  • ½ (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  • Stir in the chopped chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, processed cheese, mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Cook and stir the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted and everything is evenly heated.
