Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • cups tomato and clam juice cocktail
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼  cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to tastesalt to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 ripe avocado – peeled, pitted and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Assemble all the ingredients needed.
  • Add the shrimp to a large bowl, then mix in the red onion, cilantro, and garlic, combining the ingredients to create a flavorful base.
  • Pour in the tomato and clam juice, ketchup, lime juice, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce, stirring everything together until well blended. Adjust the seasoning with salt to taste.
  • Carefully fold in the avocado, then cover the mixture and let it chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
