Ingredients

  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seed
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1  (4 pound)  pork roast
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a large resealable bag, combine Worcestershire sauce, honey, vinegar, lemon pepper, mustard seed, mustard powder, celery salt, and garlic. Seal the bag and shake well to blend all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Add the pork roast to the sealed plastic bag, press out any excess air, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Turn the roast occasionally to ensure it is evenly coated with the marinade as it soaks in.
  • In the meantime, set up the grill for indirect heat, ensuring one side is hotter for searing and the other cooler for slow cooking.
  • Brush the grill grate with a light coat of oil. Place the roast on the grill, discarding the marinade. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), ensuring the pork is fully cooked and tender.
