  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 ½  tbsp olive oil
  • skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces and mix well to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet, spreading them out in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and caramelize.
